When we opened our business, we initially went with one of the large banks (hint: they have a stagecoach in their ads). After being nickel-and-dimed with fees and charges, we shopped around for a new banking partner. We chose Community Banks based on a referral from a fellow business owner. They have been outstanding to deal with! Our home branch is Lowry. They've helped us with a sweep account to earn us a little extra interest nightly and merchant services to lower our credit card fees. The 3rd and Broadway branch is closest to our store - they've even opened the branch after hours to let us make a deposit. Those are just a few examples of the personalized service we've received. I've managed business accounts at several regional and national banks and am often disappointed by their lack of good customer service. However, I've been very pleased overall with the products offered and service provided by Community Banks of Colorado. Lots of low-fee accounts, free online banking, etc. And it's nice when the staff stays longer than a few months and remembers your name! (thanks, guys!)
