I've managed business accounts at several regional and national banks and am often disappointed by their lack of good customer service. However, I've been very pleased overall with the products offered and service provided by Community Banks of Colorado. Lots of low-fee accounts, free online banking, etc. And it's nice when the staff stays longer than a few months and remembers your name! (thanks, guys!)
