South Broadway's Border Streets

  • The neighborhood is just south of downtown Denver.
  • The main intersection is 1st Ave & Broadway
  • The district is between roughly 5th Ave. and Alameda Ave.

Driving DirectionsFrom Downtown

  • Take Broadway south just past Speer Blvd. & 6th Ave.
  • Start looking around for cool stuff. You have 12 blocks.

Driving DirectionsFrom I-25 Southbound

  • Take Exit 209A for 6th Ave. east.
  • Drive through Denver for about 13 blocks.
  • Turn south (right) onto Broadway.
  • This is it, baby, soak in the scenery for the next 12 blocks.

Driving DirectionsFrom I-25 Northbound

  • Take Exit 207A (Broadway/Lincoln).
  • Head north on Lincoln for roughly 2 miles.
  • Turn west (left) on 5th Ave.
  • Turn south (left) on Broadway.You're at the north end of SoBo. Enjoy the next 12 blocks.

Noteworthy Items

  • Broadway is a one-way street, headed south.
  • There is plenty of metered parking on cross streets.
