Mike's Camera

I was looking for an obscure item - a jeweler''s loupe - which is used to magnify gem stones. I called Mike''s Camera and the salesperson was friendly and helpful. He told me they had a wide variety of loupes ranging from $10 to several hundred. I visited the store the next day and was disappointed because the store did not carry any jeweler''s loupes. They did have some magnifiers used to examine negatives (also called loupes) and a few magnifying glasses but nothing like what I was told was available. There must of been some misunderstanding between what I was asking for on the phone and what the salesperson thought the store carried. Bummer. Mike''s Camera is a good business, but I was left frustrated.
