I have been using Primo chutneys and preserves for over a year. I tasted them at a Whole Foods demonstration, with a variety of cheeses...and loved them. But I like to use them in cooking now too. My favorite is the Raspberry Habanero Preserves, which I use to make a delicious and richly-colored steak sauce. I saute some chopped shallots, add some preserves and a bit of red wine and then reduce it for a few minutes. I put a generous dollop of sauce on the plate, place the steak on top, and it looks and tastes as good (or better) than a fine restaurant meal. It's so easy to make boldly flavored dishes when you start with great products like Primo. And it means a lot to me that Primo is local. Go Colorado!

I love the Jam. You have to try each flavor to experience the flavors.
They are all very very good. My favorite is the Blueberry, and the 2nd is the Rasberry.
I don't even like rasberries, but I love that each jam has a different Chili in them.
Everybody needs to try these. My son also made a Wonderful Pork Loin with a Blueberry sauce made
with the Jam, and he also makes a Wonderful blueberry vinegerette dressing made with the Jam.
The nice thing is that when you buy the jam they have little recepies on how you can use the jam and
also a good wine that will go with your meal.
I especially love the jam on crackers, waffles, and PBJ sandwiches, gives your PBJ a little nice mild bite to it.
