This company can use some training on customer service (Michael, in particular). A delivery was made to my home which I did not order. Told the driver and he took it back and I thought everything was fine since the driver had told me that there was a "glitch" in their system and it had happend the day before. Now I keep getting harrassed by Michael that I owe them $40 for something that I did not order or keep! If he would have handled this in a manner that was a "win, win" for both of us, I would not be so upset however, he continues to send me sarcastic emails staying that I owe the company for the order. I like to give a company the benefit of the doubt before I say anything negative about them to friends or posting a review. In fact, this is my first negative comment I have posted on anyone but he will not stop. Had he offered to redeliver items that I would use, I would have gladly paid as I could see myself using a service like this but instead, he just said I owe $40 for nothing!!!
All this over $40!!! Seriously Michael! Was that worth the lost customer/business you could have had from me and now the bad review!
Please focus more on customer service and doing the right thing to retain business rather than these petty emails you keep sending me!

Ordering fresh produce online was easier than I thought. They labeled the local items so that I could choose more of those, and then they delivered the items right to my home. I wasn't home for delivery and they have nice, reusable containers with ice packs. The produce was delicious, and with this service I think my family will start eating more fruits and veggies!

Now Mile High Organics-- I love it because...
    1. I'm a busy working mom and having veggies delivered eliminates a chore on my list and the online ordering method is a genius of ease and efficiency - think paypal.
    2. I spend too much on the wrong foods when I go to the grocery store. I may spend a little more (for veggies) on the organic veggie delivery, but that prevents me from impulsively buying junk when I'm in the supermarket thus saving me money.
    3. Organic veggies are good for us - I might not buy them in the store because I think they're too expensive. If they just come, we eat them.
    4. As an emotional and mood eater, it helps tremendously when food just comes and the emotion and mood factors don't get in the way of making healthy choices.
    5. We just eat more veggies so we finish them before the next batch comes - more veggies! good!
