Mountain Valley Canning Company

Mountain Valley Canning was started in 2007 by two families, one family has been in Colorado for over 150 years passing down time honored traditions and recipes. The second family comes from the vineyards of California offering even more tradition, recipes, and knowledge. Both families have joined their unique traits and knowledge together to offer canned food that will knock your socks off.

Our have been preserving great produce without any artificial
preservatives, chemicals, or colors. The canned goods you buy today just taste bad and we want to share what real canning can be and should be. Try one of our pickles or some sauerkraut and experience some down to earth food.

We are a local Colorado company that concentrates on naturally preserving the best produce that Colorado farmers grow. When the produce is in season we go to the farms and get the cucumbers, cabbage, onions, peaches, and horseradish right from the fields.
