    Café Europa is Denver's best place to enjoy world-class coffee, tea and espresso as well as wonderful breakfast, lunch smoothies and milk shakes. As well as being Denver's coolest coffee house, Café Europa's mission statement is to be our neighborhood's living room. We proudly support local Colorado coffee roasters, bakeries, dairies and purveyors. Our space is open for use for neighbor and community building events.     When my favorite panini place in the Highlands closed, I was worried I would never find a yummy panini to take its place. Hail Cafe Europa, which has a surprisingly large menu for having the laid back attitude of a coffee house. They serve Coda Coffee, Big Train Chai, and the very delicious Roma panini.

    With free wifi and lots of seating, Cafe Europa is a great place to hang out, meet friends, or get some work done. They stay open later than most coffee shops, which is great for those late-night work sessions. And, if go there just a couple of times, the baristas will quickly learn your coffee order.
